Our Lifetime Guarantee is assured with every In-Home and Board and Train participant. This guarantee provides lifetime access to Wild Paw K9 Solutions trainers via call/text or email with questions, concerns, or updates. This guarantee spans the lifetime of all dogs enrolled at any time in a Full Program. In the event of a concern regarding a behavior previously worked on with a WPK9 trainer, we may schedule a follow-up session (in addition to the original 5 sessions) at a later date at the discretion of your trainer. We aim to make sure that every client is satisfied and happy with their experience training with us and want to provide every avenue to do so! This guarantee also includes access to our exclusive Facebook group where additional instruction will be given and questions/concerns may also be addressed.
Client Cooperation
While it is our goal to help your dog reach their potential and make the most of every moment together, your cooperation with your trainer and program is essential to the success of your dog. In dog training, results can never be fully guaranteed due to individual dog personalities and situations. Dogs are living creatures with their own minds and dispositions, and it is our job to help shape them and guide them without dimming or changing those individual personalities. Results will always vary, but we can promise you will see the difference. Your trainer will always help set realistic goals and expectations for you and your dog, but we need your help in order to achieve them! All of our programs are commitment-based and require the owner to put in the work in between sessions. This means practice, consistency, and accountability. We cannot ensure success without the involvement and participation of everyone involved. Your trainer will help you create a realistic practice plan and give you all the tools you need to accomplish your goals. All we need is for you to use them! Ask questions, stay on top of training, and set your dog up for success. It is the ONLY way we can help us help you!
